Phil did an amazing job in difficult circumstances - i.e. picking up where someone left off and rectifying their mistakes. We had been left in the lurch by the previous bathroom fitter, who was bad news, and Phil saved us from a bad situation! Now we finally have a new and operational bathroom back. He was good value for money, polite, helpful and willing to listen. He scoped out the job thoroughly too so we knew he was serious.
