Tom and his team of experienced workmen have just completed installing a new kitchen. Originally Tom quoted me for the install of the kitchen only, but after spending time with Tom and discussing my requirements and Tom’s recommendations we agreed on a good price for him to do a complete overhaul ( which I was going to sub out to a different handyman). They have done everything from removal of old kitchen, replacing an old radiator with a double panel (the kitchen is now warm for the first time ever!), painting ceiling and walls, moving plug sockets, fitted new insulated flooring, cupboards and worktops with appliances, new lights including LED mood lighting set into coving uplighters. A stone feature wall. Tom and his team have a personal attachment with the project and took pride in completing on time and to a standard that far exceeded our expectations! They arrived punctually every day and worked all day in a clean, tidy, methodical manner. On a few occasions Tom would recommend an alternative to my brief.... and boy am I glad I listened! The finished Kitchen looks amazing and is practical and well installed. I can not recommend Floem enough, having had various tradesmen over the years I have finally found a team who I will be using for all my future work. Polite, open and honest, professional and dedicated! Use Floem, Tom and his team and you will not be disappointed. Good job Tom and once again thanks for our dream kitchen :-)

I contacted A1 builders for a quote on an extension inside kitchen area renovated with new fitted kitchen installed. The quote was fair and we did come into some complications but it was rectified. Workers were polite and friendly although a little untidy but the end result far exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy with the work and will use A1 builders again.

waited 12 days for job to start but then he called me day before job was supposed to go ahead and told me he had car issues so i should get someone else. I offered to pick him up and take him to the job but then he started telling me other reasons why he couldn't come. I'm really gutted as my tenant has been waiting nearly two weeks for this and she has learning difficulties so wont understand that its not my fault that this repair wont be able to be happening for a while now. Its stressfull finding a builder that wont let you down.
