He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection. Renovations are never entirely disruption-free, but Chris ensured everything ran smoothly and with minimal inconvenience. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive, especially compared to other tradesmen who seemed to overinflate or play the system. Oliver did a fantastic job installing our kitchen hood. The installation turned out to be more complex than expected (kitchen hoods can be quite challenging to fit, which is why companies like Currys and others don’t offer installation for this item), but thanks to his extensive experience and can‑do attitude, everything was completed perfectly in the end. We hired Pioneer Concepts to redo our entire kitchen which involved redoing the ceiling, walls, floor, tiling and fitting an IKEA kitchen. The team were all friendly and helpful and Marcin was always on hand for any queries. Even though the work could have been disruptive they were very respectful and tidy. We are so pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Afrim refurbished the whole kitchen for us. The work included stripping out the entire old kitchen, stripping of old wallpaper, replastering walls, installing new ikea kitchen and appliances, new tiles and new laminate flooring, all electrics and all plumbing. Afrim is a very honest and down to earth man, he and his team did a great job and kept to the original budget and fully informed me of any extra unforeseen charges, which were all reasonable. We changed our mind about a part of the kitchen after it was already built, he was happy to help us alter it without any fuss. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day. We are very happy with our new kitchen and are even considering to invite Afrim to do more work with us!

The best price from three quotes matched by detailed excellent workmanship. The company asked for photos, explained that the handyman had to cut around the pipes and then confirmed that the Ikea sink base unit could be fitted. The handyman arrived on time, was professional, and took away the old unit for disposal. I will use again and I can recommend. I want to post images but I cannot.
