Original timeline stretched a bit due to his other jobs but this was fine. Mario started work early and finished early which suited us. He came to visit and we agreed a price at the start and he stuck to it even when he realised some additional plumbing would be needed. He was honest about some accidental damage. Attention to detail is good and he has all the kit. I would have given 5 stars- he's a proper professional and I enjoyed working with him. 3 stars only because as soon as the work was done he became incommunicado (I messaged a week later to ask how to lift door which had dropped down a few mm on fridge). The warranty advertised is one of the reasons I went with MGB which was £200 more expensive than contenders so this was disappointing. I would have asked him to do my parents' new kitchen too otherwise.

Spoke with Contempo and they stated they would be able to attend to do the job that evening as they would be in the area, they arrived at the time stated and carried out the works there and then as required and expected. Provided a demonstration of the fan working and also installed the cupboard door to the face of the extractor unit. Cleared up and charged the amount that was agreed. Great, reliable and professional service.

They gave me advice on the best course of action to achieve the desired outcome of my project, which included fitting a new kitchen cabinet and tiles, removing obsolete copper pipes and tidying them up to create a much more modern kitchen, and boxing up all the pipework, which looks great. Even better, going beyond defined to ensure a satisfactory service and outcome. I won’t recommend this man. I delayed putting something up till now thinking he will come back. Hired him in 2022 /2023 to install my kitchen and flooring. He was bad at time keeping and will disappear for few days once part paid. He worked alone and took a long time on the job. I later paid him labour and materials to work on my daughter’s property, he left both jobs uncompleted and despaired with money paid for some materials and upfront labour costs.
