Excellent and Professional Service from beginning to end. Very polite and friendly. Agreed price, turned up on time and completed job on time. Even worked late hours to meet deadlines. So much so I used them again for another tiling job where they excelled with tiling and cut borders to make a custom floor. The silicon, tiling, grout etc. is what you would expect at a 5 hotel hotel. Perfect lines. And they take there time to make sure everything is spot on. Mario is all about perfection and you can see he takes pride in his works. They even put dust sheets down, arrange everything in orderly fashion and remove rubbish at the end of each day. I can't find any fault and I'm a property developer that hires and fires people all the time. I highly recommend Mario and he is now my go to person for all interior and finishing works. 5 star service.

I chose Fayn as it provides detailed breakdown on a written quote, similar way of quote for large construction project. I hire it to do two two jobs - #1 repair previous flush light damage; #2 repair painting hook holes. I am happy with the job #1 but job #2 could have done better. For job #1, he has kept the place clean and tidy, ceiling area near flush light becomes smooth and nice. He is polite. For job #2, I was hoping to hide the tiny painting hook holes but they end up enlarged marks on wall. I must say the paint color I got isn’t quite matching, also a matter of new and old paint. I would appreciate him letting know me the color isn’t right after applying to the first hook instead applying to all, as well as using a smaller brush for tiny holes. He helps finding solutions by mixing paint. But every touch up just extends the area, so I had to tell him to start small for testing. He tried hard to make the mark less obvious.

1. The work has been left half done - tried to contact for the solution however the response I don't understand. See if you can understand. Agreed was to install the wall panel for the whole room however this is not the result. 2. Conceal the damage - there are damages to wall here and there in the process of installation and the response is those are not damaged, Sam insist this is what it should be which is somehow shocking to me. You tell me whether you think this is damage or not damage. 3. There are good part of the work - the panelling work is good but the overall experience is concerning, especially when I paid there is no active solution provided but giving me a feeling this is a one-off business. It is not possible for me to recommend as the result is like this.

Lurii did an excellent job fixing our engineered floor that was sticking up. We initially called him just to repair the floor, but when we asked if he could also adjust the door and fix a few other areas that were creaking, he was more than happy to help and didn’t hesitate at all. His work was extremely neat and clean, and he paid great attention to detail. He arrived on time, was very polite, and listened patiently to all our concerns. He carefully cut our door to create the proper gap between the door and the floor, which has completely stopped the noise when closing. He also fixed the creaking areas of the floor to a very high standard. We are very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship and would highly recommend him. The first 2 pics are before the work. The last pic is after the work.
