George, the manager of DRG Property Engineers, was very knowledgeable, smart, competent, efficent, reliable and honest, I cannot recommend him enough! George stepped into my works and sorted out numerous issues that my former builder had failed to complete including: - redoing a walk-in shower base and walls, installing a membrane to ensure that it was waterproof and thereafter tiling the base and walls; - treating the bedroom wall on the other side of the shower for mold, changing the skirting board and replastering the wall; rectifying a partition wall and window fitting such that the window could close; - preparing walls and ceilings for painting and thereafter painting and finishing off the walls; - installing shelves and finishing off the walls such that all looked perfect; - sanding and treating/varnishing a wooden bathroom worktop to avoid water marks and stains. I cannot recommend George enough and you will definitely not go wrong in having him do your works!

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.

Works are almost complete, just waiting on last few items to be delivered so the team can come back and apply finishing touches. Redian and his team have stepped into our already started but badly left kitchen works and turned them around to give us the kitchen we desire. Informative of how he would proceed and providing heads up on progress along the way. Redian made sure we were happy each step of the way and was quick to help out with other little jobs around the house whilst he was still working on our kitchen. Very happy with his work ethic and at the speed he works very efficiently. I will definitely be recommending him for further works

This is the second time I have hired Lucian and his team's services. Once again they delivered beyond expectation. They arrived on site on time/early each day. They were clean and tidy. Their eye for detail and precision was immaculate. I am really happy with the finished job. They have helped add character to my home. Cliff came to quote on a tricky job involving moving kitchen units and an integrated dishwasher. He actually visited twice and he was punctual, polite and helpful with his advice and suggestions. I actually decided to buy a freestanding dishwasher which solved the problem. This was no reflection on Cliff or his advice just an easier option. Based on the fact he was so helpful and arrived both times when he said he would, I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely contact him again if I need any building/maintenance work in the future. The best price from three quotes matched by detailed excellent workmanship. The company asked for photos, explained that the handyman had to cut around the pipes and then confirmed that the Ikea sink base unit could be fitted. The handyman arrived on time, was professional, and took away the old unit for disposal. I will use again and I can recommend. I want to post images but I cannot.
