The work was incomplete and then he was unable to return and complete the work. I asked for-partial refund and this was refused. Effectively 50% of the work was redone and I was left unsatisfied.

Our 3 bedroom, Grade 2 listed house is nearly 200 years old and hadn't been renovated since the early 1990's. A complete redecoration and remodel was needed. Their work was done to completion and not too over-time, despite numerous snags and many logistical difficulties. The commitment and patience of all involved was admirable, never once becoming dis-heartened, and always pushing us to make sure materials were on order and if we were happy with the work as it progressed. They have the skills and the ability to improvise as they go. The pricing was fair and actually cheap by London standards. The "finish" was the stage where we all had to come to an agreement over where to stop, and this is usually the most contentious stage in a project. This was surprisingly stress-free. The main snag was with floorboard sanding preparation. If floors aren't 100% prepped, the result can look patchy to the trained eye. They made sure that the end result was acceptable to us when we questioned the finish by doing the entire sand and re-staining over again. That shows great care and attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have extensive remodeling done to thier property. They are capable of dealing with sensitive historical properties and adhering to a budget whilst correcting errors that appear along the way. A perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.

Initial work carried out was great. Work included kitchen replacement, partition wall removal, new boiler and a new bathroom. Work was completed to a high standard and done with apparent good efficiency. Fixed price quote provided in advance including guarantee of the works for 2 years. There were a few snags following the initial work. The first snag Sylwester came back and fixed it which was very minor (I probably could have done it myself in retrospect). The second he did not. This was the toilet, where the water supply was not fitted properly causing a flooded bathroom. This I did fix myself which was rather frustrating. Other than these two issues, the work was great. I have recommended to my friends. Unfortunately, Sylwester does not appear to want to respond to any messages with regards to the second issue.

Che is reliable with good timekeeping. He replaced silicone in several areas and also removed and replaced cracked grout. I asked him to come back as some of the silicone could have been neater. He did so quickly, freely and politely. I can recommend him as honest and hard working and I am sure if the shower leaks in the near future due to his work, he would repair it free of charge.

Lovely father son business, professional, friendly guys. I asked them to build a plasterboard wall in order to create an extra bedroom in my house, the wall was finished well, within two days and they charged me a very reasonable rate, as a young women in business I find that tradesmen often try to overcharge me but these gentleman did not. They also took a look at leak that had occured which another professional plumber failed to solve and tried to charge me over £200 just to take a look! I have and will book them on a number of other jobs.
