Really nice guys. Kitchen looks brilliant, total transformation! Checked in with me whenever there was something that we hadn't expected and kept me informed all the time. My job description clearly stated that I lived in Kingsbarns and although I did not invite Mark to tender he expressed interest in the work which was to remove an integrated dishwasher and fit a new one and also install an isolation valve. He provided a quote of £85 based on two hours work which seemed reasonable and I accepted. When I hired Mark he asked me to send him a text with my address in Kingsbarns which I did. And we had quite a lot of discussion on the phone about the fact that we don't have door numbers on our Street because it is a Conservation Village. So I don't think there was any doubt where I lived. Two days before the job started Mark sent me a text saying that he had quoted the job based on my living in St Andrews (7 miles away) and needed another £30 to attend which I could not afford. So I sent a text stating this and got a text back stating "ok". Lyall responding promptly to my questions and was happy to help make recommendations for materials. They carried out their work to a high standard and were very careful and didn't make a mess.
