Founded in Twickenham by lifelong friends Alex and Steven, Constructum Contracts Ltd has been delivering high-quality construction and bespoke craftsmanship across Surrey and South West London since 2024. While gaining hands-on site experience, he completed a BSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University. Following graduation, Steven worked for a multi-disciplinary building consultancy in London as a Building Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Project Manager. His portfolio ranged from residential apartment blocks to commercial properties, with particular expertise in the preservation and restoration of historic buildings in Central London.
