We recently had Phil install a new extractor fan in our kitchen and were very happy with the overall experience. At the beginning of the project we had a few hiccups with deliveries and had to reschedule the start date, but Phil was very flexible, accommodating, and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was excellent from start to finish — he always kept us updated and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work itself was completed to a very high standard. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally expected, but Phil found practical solutions without causing delays or increasing the cost. Overall, the work was charged exactly as quoted, which we really appreciated. Everything described in the quotation was delivered, and in several areas Phil went above and beyond expectations.
