I really couldn’t ask for a better service, from the first conversation to the job being complete. There were many emails and telephone calls from me and they never made me feel I was annoying them. The work was for a vulnerable adult who remained in the property throughout the kitchen renovation, he found the communication and professionalism far better than he expected. Due to me living elsewhere and not at the property it could have been more complex, but it definitely wasn’t. They kept me up to date with every step, especially photos,he made some suggestions that worked better than my choice (and he was right). The kitchen was perfect and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Would I recommend this company? 100%. A fantastic firm!

I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team. They completed a full flat refurbishment for me including supplying and fitting a new bathroom and kitchen, plastering and all electrical and plumbing works. All the works were completed to a high standard and very promptly. Ryan was always available to answer any questions, and quickly dealt with any minor snags at the end of the job. I would definitely use him again.

We were sadly let down by Dean. We hired Dean in February 2022 where an indicative date of April was given as a completion date for all of the works, May 2022 by latest. Now in June and 40% of the works have been left incomplete and he has not been back to site. Though most his output was to a high standard, his project management and productivity rates let him down, taking nearly a week to hang three doors. The replacement guy I had to source, did a quality job hanging nine doors in two days. There were also a number of occasions where communication could have been handled in a more professional manner, including having the courtesy of returning a quote to a family member for some work, that at the time, I was happy to recommend him for. However, if you have smaller jobs that are not time pressured, then Dean could be the man for you.
