Marius was very active and responsive before taking the job. We decided to install a different type of door in the end to avoid swapping the fridge and kitchen units. I also asked him to replace four doors on top of installing the kitchen one, Marius did an ok job. He made some mistakes, which I pointed out, some he fixed (the painting on the doors had some non-professional-looking drops which I had to ask to sand), some he didn't. For instance, he mounted a knob on the wrong side of the bi-fold door. When I asked him if he could come back to fix it, he ignored my message. He also painted the door with the knob already on, which means that once we reposition the knob we'll have to paint there again. He also asked to be paid on a daily basis *after* he started the job. When I asked why he gave an improbable explanation: "What if I'm sick tomorrow?". I never received such a bizarre request (and reason) before: payment is after the job is done unless, of course, we agree in advance for a different arrangement. Overall I'm not very happy and I would not hire him again.

Anthony did a very good job of the alterations to the shower room and kitchen. The shower room was retiled, a new shower tray, shower head and controls, shower screen vanity and taps were installed. Anthony also applied opaque film to the window and installed an exhaust fan. In the kitchen Anthony replaced some cabinets to accommodate a bigger fridge, a dishwasher and an extraction hood and he also changed all of the cupboard doors an tiled the splash back. Both rooms have been transformed. We are very happy with the end result.

He explained what work needed to be done, what he would do and was very honest about what was possible and how durable it would be.
