Patryk called around at my convenience to give me a very fair quote and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and he put me at ease about the work. He was also remotely at hand to assist me with the tile choice to ensure that I ordered something suitable for the job. During installation, he was a pleasure to have around, so polite, professional, and easygoing. He did an exceptional job, cleaned up each day, removed the rubbish, and kept me informed of what was happening when necessary. I am 100% happy with the final results and I couldn't recommend him more. Having recently moved into a new flat, I will definitely be asking Patryk to do more work in the future. Highly recommended!

Remone completed my kitchen, he initially stripped the kitchen down; removing all work tops and any tiles. I was initially impressed with this as he competed this task effectively and extremely carful to prevent any potential damage to the kitchen. After the stripping of the kitchen, Remone proceeded to talk me through my initial design and offered his advise on what he thinks will be more suited to the kitchen due to the structure and to prevent any additional costs. The actual workmanship or Remone was absolutely impeccable and cannot fault it. He is extremely meticulous and pays attention to detail vigorously, the tiles laid in my kitchen are laid perfectly; everything is symmetrical with a very clean effortless finish. Remone was extremely professional throughout the job constantly updates me through the renovation and I was always in the loop with everything. He was very reliable and never missed a day off and was always on time. I cannot fault Remone and will be using him for further renovations in my house.

Milen, initially came as I had a leak in my ensuit where the tiles had lost their grout. He was very honest in giving me advice, and regrouted at a very reasonable price. He then came a month later to remove the tiles in the shower and replace the plaster protection board, then retiled. He purchased all the products and gave me advice on the most valuable sustainable tiles. The work was carried out a to very high level, I would most definitely hire Milen in the future, and highly recommend him.

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Mark and James were absolutely fantastic. We had just purchased a new flat and were three weeks away from the birth of our first child, so were very crunched for time in fitting our new IKEA kitchen. Mark was amazing - he and James tore out the old kitchen and had the entire new kitchen completely installed within 1 week for a very good price. The calibre of their work is excellent - the kitchen looks pristine and more beautiful than I thought possible! They worked tirelessly to ensure it was installed as quickly as possible. Mark also had some fabulous ideas and suggestions as they went along to make the kitchen even more functional. They were extremely professional throughout and very polite. We are so happy with their work and our new kitchen. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough - we will definitely use them again if we need anything else done on the flat!

He truly went above and beyond — helping with materials and expertly fitting a customised kitchen, which was a complex job. The workmanship was so good I rehired him for a water cylinder replacement and electrical rewiring upgrade, both done to an excellent standard.
