We have a really old house which has its own problems with no square walls. This was an immediate challenge to line up tiles and kitchen units. But Andrew was extremely knowledgable in respect of lining up all the units. We were extremely pleased with his and his trades peoples workmanship. I would and have recommended Andrew to others.You cannot beat an honest builder and Andy was certainly this. We had a small bathroom downstairs and we now have a utility room and amazing shower room. We have a stunning Kitchen all down to Andy’s tenacity and care. This is one builder that you never want to let go. We have work planned for next year and hopefully Andy does not get too busy we will be using him again. Oh forgot reasonably priced great job all round.Jo and Steve

I cannot recommend Dean highly enough - he did an excellent job refitting our bathroom - the work that he did is of a very high quality with an exceptional level of attention to detail. Dean stripped out the entire bathroom and replaced it with a new suite, blocked up a door, installed all the fittings, tiled and built a bespoke cabinet. His tiling, in particular, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and his communication was top notch - he checked all decisions and made sure we were happy with his plans. He left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was very transparent on pricing and dealt with a couple of extra requests as well. We'd recommend him to all of our friends. If only we had a second bathroom for him to do....

Danny and his team at Clear Property Management SE Ltd recently completed the plumbing on our extension. We can not fault the excellent service that they provided us. CPM were best in their field from design/layout right through to final fix. The team were extremely professional and tidy at every stage of the install. We had a new boiler installed, extended pipe work for new radiators, moved the bathroom from the back of the house to the front, had a new en-suite, new cloakroom and had underfloor heating installed. We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and attention that the guys had and could not be happier with the outcome of our home. LCK building Services were hired to refurbish a kitchen and bathroom. The work included replacement of worktops, sink and tap, cornices, new floor in the kitchen and replacement of toilet, hand basin, taps in the bathroom. The work was done to a high standard and within the time allocated. Lucky and his assistant Kingsly, were very pleasant and suggested a few improvements which made the outcome even better. We are very pleased with the work done and would certainly hire them again.

After one initial setback on start day the job went very well. Julian did an excellent paint job after vastly improving the look of some pretty old stairs by filling, caulking and sanding them first. He was efficient and pleasant to have around and worked quickly with little mess. I would definitely hire him again for further painting work.
