Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

We strongly regret choosing Frank and his team for this job. After 12 weeks we agreed to end the job, it was not 100% finished but we were not satisfied with the level of workmanship or the time it was taking. Much of the time delay was caused by poor management; lack of communication, poor resourcing and a string of different contractors. The workmanship of some of the contractors was pitiful, much of the work had to be re-done, in some instances we had to accept cash settlements and are having to live with several defects. We had to spend much of our own time communicating our needs to the many different contractors. It was very difficult to get Frank to visit the site or even answer the phone. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of this job and would not recommend Frank and his company.

My preferences are on second fix work , but during the years I've done my fare bit of work outside on a first fix projects (mainly roofing) . I have an eye for the detail , can read and work with drawings and allways try to finish my job in such a manner so even I like it ( if I like it there is a very good chance that you'll like it aswell ) .

I would highly recommend using Luxiva. They have done a first class job in installing my kitchen and were very helpful in solving the issues that inevitably arise (like missing parts from the supplier, for instance) with a calm, can-do attitude, all thanks to their experience and expertise. My new worktop looks lovely, due to their facilities at their workshop to get it all cut precisely, which I was very impressed with. Not only a lovely and friendly team, Tony and Ron are also reliable, worked conscientiously and efficiently to get the job done.
