I had a terrible experience with Terziu Construction on my kitchen renovation: ∙ Kitchen tiles are failing after less than 6 months - cracking and coming off ∙ Washed tools in my bathtub causing plumbing blockage ∙ Left the job site messy ∙ Took the excess floor tiles when he left, despite me paying for all materials ∙ Very argumentative and refused to listen to instructions throughout the project The work quality was unacceptable and his conduct was unprofessional. I now have to pay to redo the tiles. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Karl has done some decorating for us. He has wallpapered the living room and hall way and installed new doors throughout, painted and completed other carpentry works. He were able to view his work through a mutual friend and we were very impressed. He was punctual and able to start when he needed him. He quoted a good price and made sure all areas were dust covered whilst completing the work. His was very professional and I would definitely recommend him.

I hired Dursun Altun and his team for a full refurb of 3 bed house. His business co-ordinator Ayse was helpful throughout the whole process and listened to the design requirements we had. Dursun provided full new plumbing and new boiler and all new electrical work. We had all our windows and doors replaced and are happy with the work done. His team fitted new bathroom, shower, toilet and also the kitchen. They also did some carpentry and provided shelves and doors for closets. His team decorated/painted and cleared up at the end of the job making sure it was all left clean and tidy. They did a good job and delivered on time! Dursun and Ayse made sure we were happy with the job and were lovely to work with. The job was done to a good standard and I would recommend them.

Don & Ann Marie were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They went the extra mile at every turn with exceptionally high standards across all their work. They made thoughtful, creative suggestions to help improve our ideas and always listened with patience to our needs, before making sure we got exactly what we asked for. Their contacts of other supporting trades people to bring in on the job were also second-to-none, with efficient, trustworthy and highly professional jobs done all round. Such a big project had the potential to be stressful, but they genuinely made it an easy process. Even when the inevitable unexpected issues cropped up, there were fast solutions to make sure we didn’t fall too far behind. Girogi accepted the job very fast. He came also came next today to give a quote. Once quote was sent to me, I got back to him due course and agreed with the quote and a pending start date, however when I asked general question about what paint will be used or handles provided he started getting irritated and stated handles I need to supply which I found it strange, his reasons were customers choose their own. I stipulated that’s fine you can choose for me and I will cover the cost. The following day he was meant to start the job, he then send me an whatsap message to say he won’t take the job as his busy? This left me confused and baffled that he let me down last min. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Che is reliable with good timekeeping. He replaced silicone in several areas and also removed and replaced cracked grout. I asked him to come back as some of the silicone could have been neater. He did so quickly, freely and politely. I can recommend him as honest and hard working and I am sure if the shower leaks in the near future due to his work, he would repair it free of charge.
