Forcim did an amazing job in renovating our London flat- it looks like a completely new property! Throughout the process Forcim was incredibly responsive, providing regular updates, and proactively keeping us informed. He provided solutions to any problems, and clearly very knowledgeable in his trade. His prices were very transparent, and although not the cheapest quote, was well worth paying the extra given the high quality of the finish on all areas of the work (e.g., tiling, plastering, painting and carpentry). On this project, although we were not in the country, Forcim went above and beyond to project manage and ensure that the flat was in impeccable condition when we returned. We would definitely use him again for any future works, and could not recommend him highly enough.

Side Return Rear Extension We couldn't have been happier with Theo and the Buildas team. Their approach in general as well as their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing from moment they first came round to price things up. They arrived early and worked late everyday and managed to get things dome at a fantastic rate. Beka is a fantastic contractor and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was quick to get started with the job and managed to take out and re-fit the units of my kitchen within 2-3 days. He works quickly and efficiently and clearly has excellent practical knowledge, when an issue arose he would provide a solution almost immediately and made sure I was happy before taking any action. The nature of the job meant Beka had to come back several times and he was always accommodating to my time and schedule in order to work at a time that suited me, and would warn me in advance if I needed to notify my neighbours of noise. He is dedicated to his work and by his own accord was happy work on Christmas Day to keep the job progressing. He is professional and reliable, and I would certainly be happy to work with him again.

Five stars somehow doesn't feel like enough for Ionut, who did an absolutely incredible job on my kitchen. I have a lot to say, so, if you don't want to read a long review, just read this bit: hire him. He is amazing. If you want more details, here they are... After a year of renovations, and working with many different builders, he was the best by a long, long way. - His work is meticulous. He will execute your vision exactly as you want, but he has a great eye for detail, will suggest things you never thought of, and complete everything to a very high standard. He has great design taste. - He is adaptable, and worked around all of the inevitable curve balls that came with renovating my old and poorly put together kitchen. Every issue he responded to with "no problem", and he never came to me with an issue that he hadn't thought of multiple solutions to. - I thought he was very fairly priced. He never sprung surprise costs on me, and he tried to save money wherever he could, even going so far as to do IKEA returns himself when we had unneeded materials. - He treated my home like his own - he was neat, tidy, cleaned everything, broke nothing, left my place better than he found it. - His communication is excellent. He always responded to me quickly, told me exactly what he was doing, arrived on time. I always knew where he was and what he was doing, which means a lot when you have someone else in your home. Sometimes working with builders, you feel like you are one of three jobs they have on at the moment. I never felt like that. - ...and to top it all off, he is a lovely guy. Overall, I cannot recommend him enough. If you are deciding between Ionut and someone else for a job, I can promise you this: he is better. I cannot recommend him enough.
