I cannot praise the company enough. I live overseas and had a terrible experience of a company on My Builder I have to instruct to stop. Nicholas went round and took over and from the word go I just knew he was totally transparent, fair, and motivated to do the job well with proper old fashioned pride in his work. His company renovated the whole flat - plastering the kitchen, fitting the kitchen (superbly), renovating the bathroom and hallway including an old airing cupboard, all the floors were done in LVT brilliantly laid. Whenever an issue arose Nicholas contacted and explained and just got on with it - problem solving the water ingress in the kitchen and curing the damp. He stages the payments and only you pay after work is done. with photos and totally transparent- I am going to sell the flat and the agent said it was done superbly, and the flat sold to the first buyers. The flat is part of Seymour Court Winchmore Hill N21 1 J. It is truly exceptional how it came out -

Great job by Dec. We had bad experience before him with rogue trader who never finished our kitchen and messed up everything he touched. Dec has taken this very difficult job or repairing what other person messed up and complete incomplete things which were started wrong way by the rogue trader. Dec has done an amazing job. Always on time and worked long days with hardly any stops. Can’t thank him enough. He’s had great attention to detail and he’s very precise. He’s very experienced too. We’ll hire him again to do more works like decking, etc.

I met Dean and Reece the day I placed the ad as I needed a job doing very quickly. They were very accommodating and shuffled some work around so they could help me. Reece did a superb job of painting the 2 rooms that I needed doing and every care taken to make sure the details were not missed. Reece was professional, friendly, polite, courtious and always respected my space. As a single woman you're never quite sure who's going to come into your home, but I felt safe and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made.
