We had a great experience working with BS Loft Conversions on our L-shaped dormer loft conversion. Anxhelo was friendly, approachable and professional from the initial quote through to completion. We made a few changes as the build progressed, and he was always open to discussing options and finding sensible solutions. We found the original quote fair, and the additional items we added were also priced fairly. Anxhelo was generous with his time in offering advice on different aspects of the build, which we really appreciated. The team – Anxhelo, Klaidi, Henry and Jimmy – were on site consistently, worked hard, and are clearly experienced at what they do. At the end of each day, and at the end of each stage of the project, the site was always left very clean and well organised. I would give 10 stars if I could. Marius worked in 35 degree heat tiling my kitchen wall completing the job in a single day and his craftmanship is outstanding. I am so pleased with the final result, it is perfect! The communication prior to starting the job was great and he turned up exactly the time he said he would and tidied up everything when finished. Friendly and interesting as well. I highly recommend him for any tiling work.

Dan came quickly to see the job and gave us a very reasonable quote. Started the work as scheduled and completed it before time- I am sure it would have taken someone else much longer to finish the job! EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK- thoroughly professional and top-notch. Cleaned up everything after work and left the place spick and span. Very polite, amiable, unobtrusive and efficient. VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. In fact, we have hired Dan for another job starting tomorrow, because now we have seen his work and we are more than happy.
