This young man was wonderful. He measured and gave a written estimate which he stuck to even although he had to fix part of the floor and fill a section between a door and conservatory before he started laying the laminate. He worked immaculately, clearing up each evening. The work was done with care and thoughtfulness, attention being given to all the little things, which I didn't even know would make a difference. He lifted the existing flooring, removed kickplates, skirting boards and doors, laid the underlay and new laminate, refitted the skirtings, kick plates and doors, trimming them as necessary, fitted door plates and disposed of all waste materials. I am delighted with the quality of his work and the finished look. All this was done in two and half days! He works diligently! I will be recommending him to my friends.

I would not recommend using this company. Poor quality of work and there are still some outstanding issues that are not resolved. The person who was overseeing the job (Craig Gordon) was hardly ever on site therefore did not have a handle on what was happening. I had to report the problems to him via text/email because he never answers his phone. Avoid!

I had a complete bathroom refurbish which involved lowering the ceiling and installing downlignts, moving the location of the shower, installing a bathroom suite and floor to cing tiling. Mark did a fantastic job at a competive price, although time was a bit of an issue, the quality of work and attention to detail made up for it and I would definalety use his services again.

When Duncan visited to give us a quote we were impressed how he caught on to what we required. He was really keen to do a good job for us. He had to work around the constraints of the already existing kitchen units and not to mention the dishwasher! He sourced a good match of cupboards, plinths, and infills and also built a slim shelf unit next to the dishwasher. He was good natured and discussed at crucial stages what the options were before carrying on with the job. We can’t fault his attention to detail and skill. He was punctual and cleaned up before leaving. You would never have known he was there except for the excellent result he gave us.
