Zoltan fitted my new bathroom last year. I was really pleased with his work so hired him to fit my new kitchen. Zoltan was polite and courteous and tidied up every day. He solved issues as they arose and was happy to give his thoughts when asked I am really pleased with my new kitchen and will go to Zoltan in the future when I need any further work done.

WOW! What a fantastic job! It can be a worry finding true professionals on sites like this but I have to say I am VERY impressed. Compared to what Wren quoted me for the same service I am thrilled with the fact that I went with my gut. J&G were here on time with high quality tools, knew exactly what they were doing from the get go, finished the job early and worked through problems like wonky walls on the fly. I would recommend J&G to everyone. The pictures on their profile don’t do their work justice… Trustworthy, efficient and professional but also realistic on price. I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share our experience due to how disappointed we are. We hired Michael to install our water softener and asked him multiple times beforehand if he was familiar with the installation process. He assured us that he had experience and knew what he was doing. However, it quickly became clear that he had no knowledge of the job.Despite spending the entire afternoon on the installation, we have no idea what he actually did. At the end of the day, he charged us £250 and assured us that everything was completed correctly. That same evening, we noticed a leak and tried to contact him, only to find that he had blocked both my number and my husband’s. We continued trying to reach him for a couple of days but received no response. Finally, after 15 days, we hired another professional who informed us that the installation was not only completely useless but also not legally compliant. Get in touchI have been a Carpenter and Joiner since I left School 37 years ago. Since then I have covered all aspects of Carpentry and Joinery. I have my own workshop which I can make just about anything, Windows, doors, staircases, cabinetry work. I specialise in restoration, but take on all aspects of Joinery. Based in Liss Hampshire and work in roughly a 20 mile radius. Obviously I am very experienced, but on top of that you will only deal with me. I make and fit, so will see the job through from start to finish. I only take on quality work ,so if your looking for a rough throw it in job I am not the person your looking for, but if you want a quality craftsman who is polite tidy and always on the other end of the phone if you need me then give me a try. We needed to reconfigure the downstairs living area of our 70s house to make a more useable living space and of the traders who visited us to see the job, Dan Green from DJG stood out as friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and imaginative, helping us to figure out how we could achieve our plan. Once instructed, he started the work quickly and was very communicative, happy to reply to texts and have phone calls to discuss all sorts of things in addition to being easy to talk to on-site. He and his team took out a dividing wall and an old brick fireplace, old floors, old radiators and old doors, and installed a new kitchen, appliances, lighting and flooring, finishing it all off nicely so that our home is now transformed into a beautiful and functional space with a much better flow and more natural light.
