Miro is friendly and professional. He helped us with the cladding of the room in the garden (even though we initially had him for a kitchen consultation). We actually didnt realise the garden in the room lacked cladding, so we really appreciated his observations and advice. He gave us a good quote. I was working from home the entire time and barely noticed him working. He was very respectful.

Great professional and reliable service from Easy Solution. Waqar called me ASAP and arranged to see my bathroom. He came within 1 hour to see the job and gave me an affordable and good quote. He was available to start work immediately. Waqar also suggested the colour of tiles that would suit the bathroom and made some very good recommendations on where i could purchase them at a decent price. My work was done to a high standards. Tiles are neatly put together with grout and they are looking amazing! I had some many relatives comment on them and i have recommended Waqar to them all as i was so satisfied with his service and professionalism in my property. I will be using him always in future. Marcelo was very responsive and accommodating, he is polite and reliable. I appreciate every interaction with prior to delivering the work. When it comes to a to the actual doing the job, I feel that he rushed it. We have 5 doors in total and he did it in one day. This came with a lot of major issues that now I need to deal with. 1/ The door handles are not at the same height. If you are someone like us who like the symmetry this will cause you nightmares. 2/ Large gaps between the door and the frame ( think he shaved a bit too much the door) 3/ Overall finish is a mess, I ll put some pictures for details. Also he left my XL painting sheet outside and it was soaking wet dirty We are also experienced DIYers, I think we could have done a better job if we weren’t being too lazy. The annoying thing is that in order to correct the above mistakes, we would need to order new doors and at least one frame. I’ll have to live with this for now but definitely something to redo in the future.
