I got Michael to come in and do a bunch of work in my flat. First part of the work was to take down a wall and replace it with a half wall with internal windows. This was done beautifully and really transformed the space. Michael also installed a pocket door between the corridor and living room. Again, this was done perfectly. And last but not least, Michael entirely revamped my kitchen (worktop, sink, tiles, cabinet doors, walls). I really wanted a plywood kitchen but couldn't afford a company specialising in plywood. Michael did an amazing job at meeting the brief and the end result is outstanding. I'm very detailed-oriented and wanted everything to look perfect, and it really does. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus Michael was an excellent communicator and lovely to be around. I would definitely use his services again if I need more work done around my flat!

Phil's approach was first class and he offered good solutions and practical advice on the best way to complete all the work. I was also very impressed with how he was able to undertake other trade work such as plumbing, which was required for this project. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Phil and will certainly use him for any other work that I require in the future.

Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

DO NOT get this contractor. This has been an awful experience. This contractor was rude all through! He continued to change his mind on what has agreed to do and asked for money for everything he touched. He comes late and some days he wouldn’t show up , all this without any warning. I can provide photo evidence of the work he completed to show how bad it is. He needed to remove the radiator to plaster and paint the wall but when he put it back it did not work no more. The skirting does not touch the floor where is a wide gap. The list goes on… do not bother.

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work.
