Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.

We have never used MyBuilder.com before and were nervous about the experience we might have. We should never have worried about a thing! From the moment Krystian got in touch he was polite and knowledgeable without being pushy. He started within a short time of being given the job and the quality of his work was visible right from the start. Krystian was also very tidy, cleaning up after himself everyday and making sure that doorways were sealed as much as possible to stop dust getting through. Krystian was able to offer creative ideas as well as practical suggestions. His plumber/electrician and other associates all adhere to his high standards. The final job looks amazing, several of our neighbours have seen the work and have got Krystian lined up for work in their own homes. The only sad thing is that we will have to join the back of the queue to get the next part of our home completed.

We wanted to get our kitchen refreshed but not put a whole new kitchen in. Luckily Jerry came in with a lot of passion and some smart ideas. He went beyond what we had originally thought possible in the budget and did a great job putting new tiles and a worktop in. He also made a lot of smaller contributions to the space that really made a big difference. Would definitely recommend Jerry and will be using him again in the future.

The job was done and I was very satisfied with the work. Stefan was good at communication. He came back twice to fix some problems. The only problem was the dining room solid wood floor because the installers didn’t allow for expansion so the floor was bulging in the middle after one year. Stefan brought a carpenter to fix it but then a year later the bulging started again from the humidity underneath the floor. Despite this I do recommend Stafan. The bathroom and kitchen he did look very nice.
