Finally, I reached out to Khaleel to see if this was possible. He drew me a draft which I was happy with and a few days later knocked the job out in a couple of hours. He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection.
