Very polite contractor. He helped me value engineer the works to meet my budget. Very impressed with his finishing. One of the mdf shaker doors bowed due the hot weather, no fault on the workmanship. As soon I brought this to his attention, he replaced the door. He also did my staircase wall paneling works which has come out really nice. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Che is reliable with good timekeeping. He replaced silicone in several areas and also removed and replaced cracked grout. I asked him to come back as some of the silicone could have been neater. He did so quickly, freely and politely. I can recommend him as honest and hard working and I am sure if the shower leaks in the near future due to his work, he would repair it free of charge.

We had the outside of our house painted by JH City Property Construction and honestly they done such a good job. The house looks completely fresh and clean now. The team were really friendly, turned up on time every day and kept everything tidy while working. They also took their time with all the preparation instead of rushing through it, which definitely shows in the final result. The paint finish came out really smooth and neat, especially around the windows and front of the house. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would happily use them again in the future.

George, the manager of DRG Property Engineers, was very knowledgeable, smart, competent, efficent, reliable and honest, I cannot recommend him enough! George stepped into my works and sorted out numerous issues that my former builder had failed to complete including: - redoing a walk-in shower base and walls, installing a membrane to ensure that it was waterproof and thereafter tiling the base and walls; - treating the bedroom wall on the other side of the shower for mold, changing the skirting board and replastering the wall; rectifying a partition wall and window fitting such that the window could close; - preparing walls and ceilings for painting and thereafter painting and finishing off the walls; - installing shelves and finishing off the walls such that all looked perfect; - sanding and treating/varnishing a wooden bathroom worktop to avoid water marks and stains. I cannot recommend George enough and you will definitely not go wrong in having him do your works!

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

So Harginder did work on my property. I initially hired him to do my wooden flooring and fit my doors. He did an amazing job. A real perfectionist I would say. He takes real pride in his work. Based on the great work he did I then hired him to make me pull out drawers and a cupboard under my stairs, from something I had seen on Pinterest. I think he did a better job than the picture. Very reasonable and a great finish. Couldn't recommend him enough.
