I take pride my work. I will never leave a job unless the customer is happy. I will also follow up a job with a message to make sure they are happy with the work that has been achieved. My skills are welding, architectural metal work, painting, decorating, plaster boarding tape and joining, building sheds, converting shed into Summer House. I can also do driveway gates and wooden gates, fencing basically I can do quite a lot with my skills and knowledge. I can work all around Essex and some London areas. Chris was great- he installed a internal bi-fold unit which needed some considerable adjustment due to the measurements of the space it needed to go in- he took his time to understand the problem and work out a solution- the doors now works great and often get complimented by those who visit. Chris then helped fit a number of doors with handles in the property upon request- doing a great job in the process. Chris is a very tidy worker and is very good at communicating and being punctual. He was always very polite and was very careful to make sure he took care of the space he was working in at the property. He is also extremely reasonably price- would recommend him to anyone else- and will for sure contact him if I have any other jobs doing. Chris is a star!

Patryk called around at my convenience to give me a very fair quote and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and he put me at ease about the work. He was also remotely at hand to assist me with the tile choice to ensure that I ordered something suitable for the job. During installation, he was a pleasure to have around, so polite, professional, and easygoing. He did an exceptional job, cleaned up each day, removed the rubbish, and kept me informed of what was happening when necessary. I had a terrible experience with Terziu Construction on my kitchen renovation: ∙ Kitchen tiles are failing after less than 6 months - cracking and coming off ∙ Washed tools in my bathtub causing plumbing blockage ∙ Left the job site messy ∙ Took the excess floor tiles when he left, despite me paying for all materials ∙ Very argumentative and refused to listen to instructions throughout the project The work quality was unacceptable and his conduct was unprofessional. I now have to pay to redo the tiles. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
