Kris, Gustav and their team have been absolutely amazing, cannot praise them enough. First of all - the job ended up being a lot larger than initially thought- as decided to replace old ceilings and flooring, walls -everything was uneven to start with. So took everything back to 'bare bones' and pretty much built it up again as a new house. New electrics, water pipes, completely new kitchen and bathroom. I really appreciate they were very straightforward with the estimated costs from the beginning - it did run slightly over budget but nothing too bad as had some contingency funds prepared. I would have hated to be quoted one price then half way through the project to discover it escalates out of control. Thankfully they are really honest and reliable. They were always easy to reach and replied any question I might have had in a timely manner. This was particularly important to me as I was between uk and us at the time so couln't be 'looking over their shoulder' so to speak. Last but not least the finish and quality of works is absolutely amazing! They couldn't have paid more attention to every little detail if it was their own home. For instance I remember last day of work when they were tidying up Gustav came back to put up door stoppers for me, completely on his own initiative. It's just a little touch but goes to show the dedication they've put into the project and care about the finished product.

Jacek has done a fantastic job in refurbishing my kitchen. One of the problems was that the kitchen work tops did not fit properly into the kitchen due to my measurements. There was a gap in between the countertops and the wall. Jacek was very skillful at dealing with problems like this and the finished kitchen was fitted to a high standard. He took pride in his work and completed the job to a high standard. He was straightforward to deal, a nice person and explained any additional jobs & costing them at a fair price. I would highly recommend Jacek and thanks again for the great job you did.

The quality of work throughout has been excellent, completed to a very high standard and within the agreed timeframes. Charlie’s methodical approach and clear communication immediately put us at ease, and the whole team were reliable, efficient, and exceptionally conscientious throughout the project. These guys really are a hidden gem. We trusted them completely to carry out the work, and honestly wish we’d found them sooner before commissioning other contractors for parts of the renovation. I hired David to put together a large sliding door wardrobe from Argos. The instruction manual was very confusing and David ended up completing about 75% of the build before having to give up. It initially looked like the wrong bracket had been supplied so David recommended I ring Argos to get the right parts, and he would come back to finish the job. I found a video tutorial the next day but as David wasn't available to come back for 2 weeks, I decided to complete the build myself with the originally supplied bracket; it just needed self drilled holes. To be fair to David, his price was very competitive, he sorted out another small job for me and he offered not to charge until he completed the job. However, as he spent a lot of time on the wardrobe, I paid him the agreed price.

Work involved demolishing and getting rid of the existing ageing kitchen, fitting new flooring and electrics, building and fitting a new IKEA kitchen - including appliances - and general decorating. His professionalism, attention to detail and diligence on the job impressed us and he completed all work as promised.
