We are not entirely satisfied with Ludovic's work. Some of the tiles were not cut to the correct messurement which left big gaps in between. Worse still, the grouting was very messy and did not have a smooth finish. We will now have to get another Tiler to redo some of the tiling work. Overall, it was not a professional job and we are not very happy with his workmanship.

Firstly the date of job posting and date of completing is all down to me not being ready with finances!! Secondly, and more importantly, GG Property were the most wonderful and professional bunch of lads you can hope to met. The work was done with such enthusiasm and to such a high level of detail. We could not be happier with the finished job. Thirdly, the great building work aside, GG Property were polite, happy, friendly, punctual and great communicators. All emails answered swiftly and with accurate information. No question was to silly and no concern (this was our first major building working) was to small to be addressed. Finally we are so pleased with work we are awaiting a quote for our bathroom and look forward to getting that job completed!! In short my experience with GG Property was nothing but top quality work and customer service. Any fears of the classic 'cowboy builder' could not be further from the truth; GG Property are a hard working truly lovely bunch and we would highly recommend them.

Zafer helped to fit our new kitchen, including new tiles and some electrical work as well! Really happy with the whole finish. Great professionalism,honest (which is very hard to find these days!) and takes pride in his work and he was very helpful even when we asked him for extra help which was not already agreed on. The whole family is very happy with the finish and great attention to detail. Definitely the best tradesman we've had since we moved into our home! Would definitely recommend him. Thank you Zafer!

Lukas did the tiling in my living room and I am very pleased with the outcome. He was very helpful throughout, helped me get the materials, and explained me all the issues and options in detail. He filled the gaps on the floor making sure there are no uneven surfaces - sth completely ignored by the previous tiler I worked with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to detail. He left the place in such a clean condition. I am so glad I worked with him and would recommend him to anyone without any reservations.

Amazing how quickly our problem was solved. Very reasonable rate, job finished within an hour and and a half. No mess, Jim took away all the rubbish and swept the entire area. Strongly recommend The Bromley Carpenter and will in fact be using his expertise shortly on another job.

Angel and Lubo both sent by Atanas were efficient in completing the bathroom job given to them. Overall a nice finish and the bathroom looks completely different to how it used to be. Good price charged for labour.

Viewed and quoted for kitchen worktop installation however on award the subcontracted carpenter wasn't aware of the scope of work. Carpenter was in a rush to finish over two days and the quality wasn't outstanding considering the price (large chipped corner) however it was good enough.
