Could not be happier with the work Andy did. With expert knowledge in his field, the worktop was fitted perfectly and at a very good price. Andy is friendly but professional and was respectful of property, tidying as he went. Even when we had a problem with our own supplier, he went out of his way to help; calling all his contacts to source the parts we were missing. Would 100% recommend and was glad to have find such a trustworthy and competent builder. Above and beyond.

We hired Garry, Marley and Jay to carry out some work in our Sitting Room, Corridor, Kitchen and the Utility Room. They even helped us to select the correct materials to make the work look more beautiful The work that they completed was extremely fantastic with combination of Wooden floor, Tiling on the Floor and on the Wall which they also complimented the work with lovely lights. We felt like they were part of the furniture with their enormous experience in the construction trade inside and out. For sure their service is part of our phone speed dial and for sure we will be employing their service for more work.

Steve and Theo were with us for nine days undertaking a full refurb of our kitchen and utility room. They were throughout professional, polite and courteous. We are highly satisfied with the end result. Steve and Theo turned up each day on time and worked full days clearing up each evening before they left. Steve knows his trades and we were fully consulted throughout. Steve overcame problems as they arose even dismantling and reassembling a corner unit (ordered by me) which would not go through the house doors! Cost was reasonable given the size of the job. Would not hesitate to recommend Teasdales Property Maintenance to family and friends.

He finished the work to a high standard and is going to come back in a few weeks to do other jobs for me in my kitchen. I placed an add in mybuilder.com to have my house fully insulated and received many replies including one from Sergiu. After meeting him I felt he was the best placed person to carry out the work as he was the most knowledgeable and seemed to know all about the various types of insulation and which one I needed for my home. He fully explained the procedure from start to finish was always on time and tidied up at the end of each day.His work is second to none and the price was very very competitive in fact much less then the big companies were asking.I am extremely happy with the job and the standard of finish. Sergiu is very police professional and trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone on here to carry out work in your home.
