Jack fitted a a new door lock, which involved removing an old one. He did a really professional job. Very little damage to the surrounding wood work. He was on time and tidied up after himself. The installation turned out to be more complex than expected (kitchen hoods can be quite challenging to fit, which is why companies like Currys and others don’t offer installation for this item), but thanks to his extensive experience and can‑do attitude, everything was completed perfectly in the end. Fernando from Alva Solutions is an amazing talented designer & skilled craftsman. He asked questions and listened to the needs of my family at our very first meeting making wonderful recommendations I would not have thought or known about and then created the bathroom space of my dreams. He is professional, extremely hardworking, honest, polite & thoughtful. An exceptional eye for detail and design. He carefully explained all aspects of the project before and during job. At the end of each day the site and surrounding areas were left safe clean & tidy. Fernando and his team showed huge patience with my two noisy nosey puppies and the very small working and storage space they had available to them and the ‘challenges’ my property threw up from previous works carried out by other contractors in the past. I would totally recommend Alva Solutions and will be using them again myself in the near future!
