Very happy with the build. Everything went smoothly, Shaun came to our house to discuss the initial quote. What surprised me was Shaun had a full breakdown quote ready the first time we met, by using the online planning with the required work. The final quote had increased but that was due to us wanting extra items such as exterior light and composite doors plus painting. No hidden or extra charges. Everything went as agreed and on time, although the weather did hold the build back on some days. The only trade that was a letdown was the painter, not by the quality of work but reliability, subcontracted and Shaun was quick to sort the issue out right away. Every trade was on time and did the work as agreed to spec. The level of professionalism is what surprised me the most from each trade. From the men doing the ground work and foundations to the electrician. As the customer myself and my parents were spoken to with respect from all the tradesmen and they took their time to explain when we had questions. Huge thank you to Graham the electrician who advised us on the best positions for the exterior spotlights. There was a delay in getting the completion certificate as our build was completed just before lockdown but we have had everything signed and checked by the council. Overall the porch with wc extension looks even better than we could imagine and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get the same type of work. Thank you Shaun and everyone at S.ewing.

I am very happy with the works I've just had carried out by Kelbar Property maintenance. On First meeting Nigel gave me a full 40 mins. listening to all my requirements and given advice/opinion where I asked for it. I've had my old kitchen disposed of- then a whole new kitchen fitted including units, sink, gas hob/oven, extractor fan, one piece worktop, new tiling and vinyl floor covering. Also I needed a variety of repairs and replacements inc. woodwork, window locks/handles, sills, radiators, bath panels, light fittings etc. Then the whole property decorated throughout including some old radiators which are now sparkling white again.. Their team covered everything for me, all supplied/brought onsite and fitted. The kitchen was a top job demonstrating experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. Some awkwardly placed things were reconfigured before installation- now is all neat and appropriately placed with no damage to any of the new units. A fine looking kitchen now. An all round excellent job, fair price, and a clean tidy exit- all within 6 and a half working days. And an aftercare phone call keen to ensure my complete satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend Kelbar to carry out your works.

100% positive . Gordon assured us kitchen would be fitted in 3 days ,it was attention to detail is 1st class our kitchen was from wren and I can only recommend Gordon and vinny to anyone purchasing a wren kitchen who like myself were taken aback by the cost for wren to fit . very good and fair price arranged no additional costs either ,all plumbing included and a few extras also . They made it look straightforward which it was not ,a pleasure to deal with . Every inch of our kitchen is perfect and only adds to our units from wren which are beautiful . This was our biggest investment ever in our home and we were obviously careful who we would choose ,we decided to go with Gordon based on previous reviews ,and I can only thank those who left their respective and positive comments .
