His pricing of the job was very reasonable. There was no mess left behind. He also fixed a small job that was not on list, but he noticed and no extra charge. I hired Adam and his team at True Value Construction to install a new kitchen and boiler for me. Due to my flat being old and having no work done on it before, we uncovered several problems which resulted in the job becoming a lot bigger and now having to incorporate a new heating system, pipe work, radiator installations, a new bathroom and new flooring throughout. Despite all the issues, Adam and his team were wonderful and made the experience so easy for me. In less than a month all the work was completed and to an exceptionally high standard. They worked all day, everyday for 6 days each week. They were so tidy, even with all the extra work and my flat looks amazing. Adam was very up front and very fair with pricing the work and I will now recommend him to everyone who needs a builder. I cannot speak highly enough of True Value Construction. 10/10!!

Got a reasonable quote from Steven at SPPS Property Services to change my 3 interior doors. The job was done in good time and there was no mess left over. Everything was completed to a high standard and despite the job taking longer than expected due to my door frame measurements, there was no complaints and the job was completed in a professional manner. I even got my front door fixed which was pretty major. Already have more work lined up for SPPS Property Services. I made a few small changes to the spec on the way which he dealt with very easily and he completed the job very quickly and to a high standard.
