This is the second time I have hired Lucian and his team's services. Once again they delivered beyond expectation. They arrived on site on time/early each day. They were clean and tidy. Their eye for detail and precision was immaculate. I am really happy with the finished job. They have helped add character to my home. There were a couple of minor issues identified after the work was completed. However, Lucian responded promptly and made arrangements to come and visit the property within the next few days. Roland is extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy and a very hard worker. He finishes his work to a very high/ excellent standard Roland fitted our en-suite - he tilled throughout, fitted shower, toilet, basin & taps, fan. He in fact completed the whole room. The work was first class - we only wished we had used him to tile our downstairs. We are having Roland back to do our main bathroom now and have also introduced him to other people to do work for them - excellent feedback for Roland from all Roland works quietly - you don't know you have him in your home. He cleans up afterwards (you literally wouldn't know he has been there once he has gone). I would highly recommend Roland - I will certainly be keeping his contact details !
