Marius did an amazing job refurbishing our kitchen. Work involved demolishing and getting rid of the existing ageing kitchen, fitting new flooring and electrics, building and fitting a new IKEA kitchen - including appliances - and general decorating. His professionalism, attention to detail and diligence on the job impressed us and he completed all work as promised. We were also very pleased with his commitment to the project, which had his sole focus, with Marius constantly on-hand to address our questions, and to ultimately complete the job on time and on budget. I would happily recommend him to friends, family and anyone needing a professional and details-orientated builder.

Very disappointing experience. The job was clearly advertised and agreed at £25 per hour, and this was confirmed again in writing before the tradesperson attended. After I travelled two hours to meet him at the property, he arrived and refused to honour the agreed rate, instead demanding £200 for the job. The issue is not the price itself, but agreeing to one rate and then changing it on arrival. This wasted my time and was highly unprofessional.

Yosef was a breath of fresh air as he was professional in his approach and was always very accommodating to our family needs. He was patient too as we changed our minds several times so we are grateful to him for that. Paul Tobun contacted me in regards to fitting my new kitchen and flooring. I am very glad he did as his work is exceptional and only matched by his enthusiasm for his trade and superb personality. He also went the extra mile for me when it came to decision making/offering advice and initial consultancy and this advice continued throughout the job. He's a perfectionist when it comes to getting things right and is fully committed to delivering. The works he completed for me included the following: 1: Removal of old kitchen - all units intact. 2: Fitting of new kitchen. 3: Laying of underlay and laminate flooring. 4: Painting of kitchen and corridor walls and ceilings. 5: Kitchen tiling and grouting. 6: Removal and fitting of old and new light fixtures. 7: Fitting of new toilet, basin and bath tub as well as all corresponding works. Overall I'm very pleased with the work completed by Paul as this was essentially a full flat refurbishment. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and can tell you now I will be!

Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!
