Review of Great Possibities: Robert and his team have now finished the complete refurbishment of two bathrooms at my property. Each bathroom has been completed to an excellent standard and throughout the job, Robert's focus on finishing to that level was evident. He also provided insightful advice on design elements throughout such as placement of the tiles and lining up patterns in the most aesthetically pleasing manner given room layout, lighting suggestions and sourcing appropriate accessories. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and are having Robert quote on additional jobs in the house now that the bathrooms are done. The first bathroom was a smaller/mid-size one with a bath/shower, WC and sink, and tiled floor to ceiling with porcelain tiles. The second bathroom was a large one finished in floor to ceiling limestone tiles as well as a mosaic marble tile strip. This room also and includes a wet room style shower, separate bath, WC and large vanity - this was a large and complex job with various design aspects to factor in. As for any major refurbishment, additional out of scope work came up and Robert made helpful suggestions on how to cover that off and was reasonable on the additional amounts quoted. His team were also very polite and considerate, minimising disruption as much as possible including for our young son. As above, I would not hesitate to recommend him. ACS

Tommy was great to deal with - always quick to respond, came around for a site visit before quoting, and put together a great team who helped load the deliveries into the flat and put our new kitchen and flooring together nice and quickly. Was especially pleased with their handover too, picking up some small snags and coming back to make sure we were happy, and they were very tidy too! Would happily recommend!

The original job for a bathroom renovation turned into a much bigger job. Raphael and his team ended up helping design and renovate the bathroom, bedroom, living room and hallway. The team helped us source all the materials including underfloor heating and an incredibly intricate mosaic tiled floor in the hallway. They provided practical advise about what was best for the space, what would work within our budget and what would be easy to live with. For example, the team installed underfloor heating in the living room using wood effect herringbone ceramic tiles which would help get the maximum efficiency out of the underfloor heating whilst giving us the wooden flooring look we desired. Raphael and the team were excellent throughout delivering high quality work and we were more than happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Raph and his team.

On top of delivering excellent workmanship and sticking to the agreed timelines, he was great keeping us updated on progress and went above and beyond dealing directly with the kitchen supplier on some issues as we were out of town. Afrim refurbished the whole kitchen for us. The work included stripping out the entire old kitchen, stripping of old wallpaper, replastering walls, installing new ikea kitchen and appliances, new tiles and new laminate flooring, all electrics and all plumbing. Afrim is a very honest and down to earth man, he and his team did a great job and kept to the original budget and fully informed me of any extra unforeseen charges, which were all reasonable. We changed our mind about a part of the kitchen after it was already built, he was happy to help us alter it without any fuss. The work area was cleaned at the end of every day. We are very happy with our new kitchen and are even considering to invite Afrim to do more work with us!
