Cyrus has completed a fantastic new en-suite for me, he had to raise a floor and install a saniflow unit too. Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

So happy with the result. Tom was incredibly helpful and did a great job cleaning and boarding our loft. It was a messy job (loft looked like it had been gathering dust for 50+ years) but he kept the dirt contained throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a builder or carpenter.

Initial work carried out was great. Work included kitchen replacement, partition wall removal, new boiler and a new bathroom. Work was completed to a high standard and done with apparent good efficiency. Fixed price quote provided in advance including guarantee of the works for 2 years. There were a few snags following the initial work. The first snag Sylwester came back and fixed it which was very minor (I probably could have done it myself in retrospect). The second he did not. This was the toilet, where the water supply was not fitted properly causing a flooded bathroom. This I did fix myself which was rather frustrating. Other than these two issues, the work was great. I have recommended to my friends. Unfortunately, Sylwester does not appear to want to respond to any messages with regards to the second issue.

We had refurbishment of separate bathroom and toilet converted into one large bathroom with new 5 piece suite including electric shower unit . Complete redesign and new plumbing and electrics done to fit requirements , floor to ceiling tiles and heated towel rails . We were very happy with the work done . Jacek has done a fantastic job in refurbishing my kitchen. One of the problems was that the kitchen work tops did not fit properly into the kitchen due to my measurements. There was a gap in between the countertops and the wall. Jacek was very skillful at dealing with problems like this and the finished kitchen was fitted to a high standard. He took pride in his work and completed the job to a high standard. He was straightforward to deal, a nice person and explained any additional jobs & costing them at a fair price. I would highly recommend Jacek and thanks again for the great job you did.
