It was a time challenge for me to move to newly purchased house as my rental agreement was due. I got Saby from personal reference. All home colour, wiring, removing old big boiler, water tank and rerouting of all pipe work. Roof repair , new two en suites construction, whole IKEA kitchen. He delivered as per our expectation and design in 8 weeks. No time waste and all material he arranged. I am very happy the way he professionally handled the work and delivered on time. I would recommend him. Make sure your design is ready and perfect. Discuss with him before start and avoid changes for best results.

Tommy was great to deal with - always quick to respond, came around for a site visit before quoting, and put together a great team who helped load the deliveries into the flat and put our new kitchen and flooring together nice and quickly. Fernando from Alva Solutions is an amazing talented designer & skilled craftsman. He asked questions and listened to the needs of my family at our very first meeting making wonderful recommendations I would not have thought or known about and then created the bathroom space of my dreams. He is professional, extremely hardworking, honest, polite & thoughtful. An exceptional eye for detail and design. He carefully explained all aspects of the project before and during job. At the end of each day the site and surrounding areas were left safe clean & tidy. Fernando and his team showed huge patience with my two noisy nosey puppies and the very small working and storage space they had available to them and the ‘challenges’ my property threw up from previous works carried out by other contractors in the past. I would totally recommend Alva Solutions and will be using them again myself in the near future!

Boris and his partner were very good at their jobs. I bought an Ikea kitchen which they fitted in efficiently. Even when there were some complications such as needing to cut into a wall to fit a pipe, they resolved them and stayed within the time frame given in the beginning. Overall very happy with the service, not so much with ikea. You probably wont regret hiring these guys.
