The job was done and I was very satisfied with the work. Stefan was good at communication. He came back twice to fix some problems. The only problem was the dining room solid wood floor because the installers didn’t allow for expansion so the floor was bulging in the middle after one year. Stefan brought a carpenter to fix it but then a year later the bulging started again from the humidity underneath the floor. Despite this I do recommend Stafan. The bathroom and kitchen he did look very nice.

William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. Tiled kitchen floor unfortunately didn’t go to plan. However, I would give this company credit for trying they returned twice more to replace cracking grout. Floor should have been fully boarded prior to tiling and was only partially boarded. At more expense to us we have had to physically remove all tiles and had the floor fully boarded and re floored without any further issues. Despite issues raised Company given 3 stars because during the problems they were very supportive and they tried to rectify the issues.
