First time he said his van was broken into, second time he couldn't borrow any tools, third time his new order of tools didn't turnup, then he said he would come on a Friday but phoned to say he had a job to finish and would come in the afternoon - didn't come, I phoned 7 times and had no answer or reply. Since, he has not contacted me and I have given up on him - totally unreliable and dreadful at communication

I would recommend them for similar work . It required the structural changes, overseeing plumber and electrician as needed and the carpentry, brickwork and kitchen fitting etc was all to a high standard. The workers were polite and respectful at all times.

This is the first tine I've used A&D maintenance and what a top bloke Andy is, he was aware I needed my job done as a matter of urgency and he made sure it was done, he arrived within 30mins of my phone caĺl to him and he was very efficiant and did a great job, completing on his first visit, we were very happy and won't hesitate to use A&D maintenance again and will certainly recommend them, thank you Andy
