“Faruk impressed me by being willing to communicate with me answer questions and give advice over a weekend. Other interested parties expressed interest but did not communicate further until the following week. He had a photograph of himself, as well as of completed work on his profile, so I knew who and what to expect. He advised me as to the equipment to buy for my particular circumstances. He made an appointment for the day following my receipt of the items, which turned out to be the hottest day of the year. Faruk installed the items very quickly and professionally, with no mess or debris. However, the quality of my WiFi meant there were operational problems which entailed a mad dash to find a suitable WiFi extender locally. Once my partner returned with this, Faruk guided us through setting it up to connect with our router, as well as helping us set up the app for the new security system. His charges compared well and I will recommend him to family, friends and others.”
