I live on a island and its challenging enough to get someone to come out to me, so I'm very appreciative that Nick took the time to make the trips he did to get the work done. Nick helped me understand how everything worked in my new home and he sorted out the problem with my shower pump for me wonderfully. His work is of the highest quality and he is very consistent and deeply tenacious, not stopping until the job is fixed and completed. “1. Adeel was ready to visit the property on a weekend soon after the initial chat 2. A thorough quote was provided next day, very reasonable pricing 3. Good timely communication on all stages, the crew arrived on agreed day & time 4. The job was done in two days, with everything tested on every stage - so no leaks or any issues at all after commissioning the system - all good 5. The guys went an extra mile to squeeze the boiler into existing cabinet, find a convenient hidden place for additional components like boiler filter and descaler and so on 6. Were careful with the property - no mud on carpets etc 7. After all, I had to do just two things after completion: dispose all boiler/components packaging and my old water tanks (it wasn't included into the quote as requires a waste removal licence) and put on my wooden under boiler box for pipes in the kitchen using silicon (the guys cut it to size but had no silicon in hand)”
