“We found TrueCraft Services and Scott via MyBuilder. We were in need of someone to help to treat, revive and protect an oak frame facade on our house. During the initial consultation visit, Scott really impressed us with his knowledge, skills and passion for the job. He presented a quote with options, based on our budget and how far we wanted to protect the inside and outside facades. Once agreed, Scott was available to work promptly the following week. He communicated clearly with us about the timescales to do the job we opted for, and when he'd be coming each day. He chemically stripped the oak of 5+ years of pollution/dirt, sanded the frame and then treated it with coats of an oak oil with UV protection. The result is fantastic; we couldn't be happier. It looks better than new, because it's been oiled and protected properly... so the oak colour really makes an impact and it looks so smooth. Would definitely recommend TrueCraft Services to anyone considering a similar job. ”
