“Couldn’t have gone better. Had the whole week booked as a precautionary but the whole job took 3 1/2 days and it was a heatwave! When taking out the original blocked fireplace, all the furniture in the room was completely covered and taken care of. A sheet was even fitted in the hall between the living room and kitchen to prevent dust spreading. Swift and neat job done. I’m so happy with to the stove itself and it makes the room look 10 times better. Lit a fire before leaving to check all was ok and even left a complimentary box of wood, kindling, fire lighters, pens and matches! And reassured us that if we have any future issues, to get in touch and he’ll help out. He also gave us the number of someone to take all the rubble etc away. Rob also provides a yearly sweep/check for a small fee (I can’t remember the exact amount!) which we will definitely be booking next year. Again, thanks a million for a brilliant job! ”

“A genuinely wonderful guy who addressed the issue and knowing my situation and likelihood to be renting out the property soon, completed a full inspection of the chimney for me and did a swep providing certificates for the work completed. He assessed the work initially and provided me with guidance on the damp identified in the property which he confirmed was likely not caused by the chimney itself (or at least the structure). He also navigated the jobs around my inquisitive child and puppy. Couldn't be more greatful for the professional service from a knowledgeable guy. Thank you so much. ”
