“Mike quickly came to the rescue when we had an issue with our gutter after a heavy thunderstorm. I only posted the job in the early morning and he got back to me not long after, offering to inspect the issue on the same day. He turned up exactly within the slot promised (which I really appreciated) and very quickly addressed the issue, fixing our gutter in probably about 20 minutes.
