Latest review:Insulation-We hired c.m.roofing to top up on loft insulation,the job went very well,soon got in contact with us,and not long before the job was done.very nice obliging man that was sent to do the job.we paid cash on completion,but there was no paper work sent with the guy for us to sign,to say that we paid.therefore we wrote out our own paper work for the guy to sign.apart from that we would recommend c.m.roofing.

Their work was timely, professional and affordable. Neil communicated his quote and availability for the job clearly and also communicated any changes. We were very pleased with the work and will be going back to him if any other jobs are required. Would highly recommend.

Latest review:I contacted Jake as our whole house had artex ceilings and many walls were suffering from years of neglect. Jake completed all the ceilings, reskimmed our entire kitchen and several other walls, as well as completing smaller tasks as they appeared- e.g. building a small stud wall for a fireplace cavity that hasn’t been anticipated. Nothing was too much trouble and Jake was very conscious to keep us informed about the progress of work and helped us feel informed about how and why he was doing work a certain way. He offered plenty of advice along the way about which work would provide the best longevity and value. Have recommended to family and friends who have already booked in to have work completed by him

Shourn installed damp proofing plugs into a singke skin garage and also put in a liquid membrane. He was prompt, polite and got on well with the job. He completed the job on time and even returned to fix a final challenge after the bill had been settled.

Latest review:Conversions - General-C&G Prime Properties have just finished my garage conversion including moving the toilet from the utility room into the garage and knocking down the toilet wall to make a larger utility room, From the initial quote to everything in between I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mitch and Nathan were both professional, knowledgeable, (toilet with a sink above it, genius), punctual and tidy. They talked me through every step, visiting more than once to make sure I was happy with everything before work started. I had ideas on what I wanted but not really having a clue, and their attitude was always 'anything is possible' and they were right. Their team of bricklayers, electrician, plasterers and decorators were first class. I will not hesitate to use these guys again for future projects.
