Zabih was prompt, efficient and produced just what we asked for the first phase of works/improvements to our son and daughter in law`s house in the Cotswolds. We are shortly to instruct him on the phase two which is detailed drawings for planning and building regs. for extending their house. I look forward to working with Zabih again over the coming months.

Zabi went out of his way to make sure the whole process went as smooth and stress free for us as possible. If we had any queries he was always willing to offer good advice straight away. As Zabi was so good we recommended him to our neighbours after they had a bad experience with a previous architect and I know they are equally as happy. We will use AFGUK again if we ever take on another project and we would strongly recommend Zabi to all of our friends and family. We really appreciate all of your help Zabi!

We hired Zabi to design plans for an internal conversion of our ground floor flat. He has been extremely helpful throughout the process. He has made three site visits and has been quick to respond to communications. He has also taken us through the planning, structural, and building regulations process. He clearly knows what he is talking about when discussing details and has been very flexible with the designs. His cost for the work was £600. I would strongly recommend Zabi.

Zabi was very professional to work with. He spent a lot of time visiting and understanding the site, and had a very clear idea of what was required and good ideas to contribute. The same can be said of his partnered structural engineer. The drawings were to a high standard, and building regulations approval was obtained quickly without any problems. A great, cost effective service. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Zabih was commissioned to design and project manage a shop fit for my falafel retail business based in Bristol. Zabih showed the upmost professionalism from the start of the project, displaying his ability to take on board my ideas and really bought into my vision for the business. He was patient throughout and put in great effort to get the finer details right even though we were on a very tight timescale. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the architects drawings before work commenced. Zabih negotiated contracts with the shopfitters to ensure I got the most competent workman for the best possible price. He then dealt directly with the shop fitters at every stage of works, keeping me firmly in the loop to make sure I was satisfied with how the job was progressing. He was on site regularly to ensure the work was carried out to the exact spec required on the drawings. Zabih stayed fully engaged with job post completion to make sure all the loose ends were tied up which is a credit to his character and commitment to his clients. On a personal level, Zabih is a very amiable person to get along with which made the working relationship all the more enjoyable. So much so that Zabih is currently working with me on my next project, and I do hope that I am able to continue to work with him as my business grows and expands.
