Alan and his team have just finished a loft conversion on our property. They did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole team is great- very friendly and skilled. The finish of the job is to a very high standard. Alan communicated with us each week and kept us in the loop all the time. They stuck to budget and went out of their way to go above and beyond what we asked. We are very pleased with the finished result and would definitely recommend Alan and his team.

This was a major refurbishment albeit on a small property and included a new roof, new bathroom, new kitchen with much improved layout as well as some plastering, flooring and new heating. Alan made lots of helpful suggestions about what was needed and how best to accomplish it and in the process helped us improve the EPC from F to D and transform what was a very tired and dated cottage. The work was done to the required specification and we are pleased with the outcome. We would use YTE construction again.

On first site visit Alan understood our brief better than others. He quickley grasped what we wanted to achieve and made positive suggestions of alternative layouts etc. He then supplied us with a fixed price tender. Alan and his team were hard working and friendly working to high quality standards with good attention to detail. They made sure the site was left clean and tidy each evening. We are delighted with the changes made to our kitchen and the provision of our en suite. We would certainly use YTE again for any further works we may require.

Good job in building extension, which led to contracting YTE for major renovations. We found YTE adaptable and willing and able to tackle any inside or outside work.

I have the most amazing bathroom, that I love, can't stay out of it!. The team are friendly, and put up with me adding new jobs all the time. Responded well after something needed attending to. 10 out of 10 thank you guys, would ask you back if you'll put up with me for any further work.

We hired YTE Construction for the refit of a bathroom that had big damp problems. Alan's team were able to fit the job in at very short notice and completed it to an excellent standard, with Alan overseeing all aspects of the job. It was not the easiest of jobs, but Alan's team overcame all obstacles and were always friendly, polite and tidy. We would highly recommend YTE Construction. In fact, we were so impressed that we have already booked them in for more work.

Alan and his team fitted a new kitchen for me and it looks fabulous. He also carried out some unexpected extra work for me to a very high standard and was very positive in his outlook throughout. If you want work carried out by reliable and polite tradesmen who finish the job to a high standard then YTE construction should be your choice.

We are very pleased with the job that was carried out for us. Alan was very prompt in coming round to see the loft. Very prompt in returning a quote, and the job, which for us was pretty urgent, was carried out with the required speed. Really nice guys came to do the work. Polite, friendly, and very considerate re the clean up. It's a professional job and we would definitely recommend this company.

Alan Whyte is extremely proud of his work, and, rightly so. He attends your home, prices the job fairly, then a whirlwind of tradesmen, himself included turn up, completes the job cleanly, timely and expertly. I am not normally effusive about anyone I pay to do a good job, because I pay them to do a good job. I am beyond happy with Alan's work, he supervises his team closely, checking always the standard is excellent. Whilst on site, he will sort out that sticking door you have been having trouble with, or any little annoying thing.
