Great experience with Jason doing our plans. Works remotely but that has no negative impact at all so I would highly recommend him . He kept in constant communication with us and chased the council numerous times to move things along. We finally have our PP and Jason is now doing our building regs … Jason has been professional, communicative and informative throughout the process Thank you for making it easy !

From the offset, Jason was efficient in his responses to our emails and was so patient, answering our many questions, and explaining things in a way that we'd understand. The whole process was managed and completed remotely and despite my initial reservations about doing things this way, it genuinely did not have a negative impact and there were no oversights or challenges. In fact, we think it made the process more efficient i.e., there were no delays usually caused by trying to coordinate different diaries when planning to meet face-to-face. Jason reassured us throughout and secured us planning permission, which we thought may be a battle! Another positive was that we exchanged ideas and Jason ensured that we were happy with the plans before finalising them, and he also offered us some suggestions re: materials that would suit the design. Thank you Jason for making this process pain free, as we were convinced we would have difficulties securing permission.

We used Jason for plans/planning permission application on a one room extension. The process was seamless, Jason worked for us remotely but communication was quick and effective, there were no issues and would use him again.

Having been given the dimensions of our balcony that we required,he produced accurate scaled drawings in a very short timescale,did everything on our behalf with Local Council, and kept us up to date with everything.

I cannot believe how easy Jason made this application without even seeing him in person all done by email’s from doing my drawings and submitting my application to getting my application passed communication with Jason was excellent and is fee for the work done was even very competitive. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

The architect completed and delivered the initial design work, but communication was very poor throughout—and stopped entirely after payment was made. Follow-up messages were ignored, and at one point he claimed his email had been hacked, which raised further concerns. If my builder or building inspector have any queries, I’ll be left without support, as the architect has become completely unresponsive. This lack of accountability is disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a remote project where clear and ongoing communication is essential. Also his contact numbers on both Google and Mybuilder are invalid.

Designs, plans and planning application were all done remotely, it was an easy process. Planning was approved. Will use again for building regulations.
