I cannot believe how easy Jason made this application without even seeing him in person all done by email’s from doing my drawings and submitting my application to getting my application passed communication with Jason was excellent and is fee for the work done was even very competitive. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

The architect completed and delivered the initial design work, but communication was very poor throughout—and stopped entirely after payment was made. Follow-up messages were ignored, and at one point he claimed his email had been hacked, which raised further concerns. If my builder or building inspector have any queries, I’ll be left without support, as the architect has become completely unresponsive. This lack of accountability is disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a remote project where clear and ongoing communication is essential. Also his contact numbers on both Google and Mybuilder are invalid.

Designs, plans and planning application were all done remotely, it was an easy process. Planning was approved. Will use again for building regulations.

I was initially a little concerned because the plans and submission were performed remotely . This was unwarranted as the process was simple and fast. Jason is very responsive and clear; an excellent job!

Very professional and quick service. Was always happy to help and amend designs as required. Was very good at communicating with myself and with the council Got me through planning approval with no issues and answered building queries along the way. Being remote caused no issues infact it meant questions were answered pretty much the same day rather than waiting on an appointment

I used Jason remotely for a conversion planning application which he completed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him and am using him again now that we have planning approval for my building regs requirements.
