    2 storey extension

    Jason is someone who is professional, very reliable and does what he says he will do very quickly. We would be comfortable recommending him to anyone. He is reasonably priced, gives you an upfront cost and communication is excellent. His plans are exactly what we had visualised. Thank you Jason.

    Explore potential extension/reconfiguration

    We wanted to extend the front of the house and hired Jason to draft drawings and apply for planning permission. He was very quick at producing the drawings, making amendments and submission of the application. All done within a couple of days. Would highly recommend Jason to anyone requiring planning approval for extensions/amendments to their property.

    Extension to dining room & bedroom

    Jason was very quick in responding to my request and did not waste time in coming to my home to take measurements and details. My plans were submitted next morning. Jason is still in touch as we go through the planning application with the council and has said he will act on my behalf until the project is complete. Very quick and very proffessional. Would definitely recommend.

    loft coversion or extension

    Found Jason to be fast very knowledgeable. He was round our house within a day and had the plans finished within 7 days. Drafts sent to us at 15:30 were tweeked and returned to us within an hour for final approval. Would use Jason again within a heart beat. His feedback speaks volumes in the 2 weeks since we first got in touch his feedback has increased by 9 goes to show how hard working and how quick he works. Thanks Jason :-)

    Residential Extension

    Jason was very quick to respond and arrange a no obligation visit to the property to discuss out needs. Currently awaiting council approval on the planning application however the experience so far has been stress free thanks to the knowledge that Jason has shared with us.

    Kitchen extension

    Jason was very professional and thorough guy found him very helpful drawings were excellent and managed to fit in everything I wanted for my kitchen extension I would recommend him
