Jason is very easy to talk to. Very efficient and quick to get planning application sent in. I would certainly recommend him .

Extension plans drawn up very quickly, excellent communication, replied promptly to emails. Would use again and would recommend.

Jason was very quick to respond and arrange a no obligation visit to the property to discuss out needs. Currently awaiting council approval on the planning application however the experience so far has been stress free thanks to the knowledge that Jason has shared with us.

Good work, reliable and punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and nicely followed up on the job with helpful advice when I was undecided. Took my ideas on board and also made good suggestions from his own expertise and experience, which is highly appreciated. Only thing the plans have still got to be submitted to council, which is my fault as have not yet decided on a builder and in general family indecision yet, so its not quite finished.

Very impressed. Jason's initial contact let me know exactly how much it would cost as well as the timescale. Once he started work the communication was fantastic and he submitted the plans directly to the Local Authority in a week from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
